Carrie Lee Botts, age 33, of Helenwood, Tennessee passed away on Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at his home.  Born June 27, 1984 in Dalton, Georgia, he was a member of the Bull Creek United Baptist Church.  He was recently employed at Grayco Company and loved what he was doing. 

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Garland and Dorothy Harness and Bernard and Ruth Botts; father-in-law, James L. Chambers; brother-in-law, Nathan Chambers; special friend and brother, Joey Ellis; special uncles, Doug Bell and Steve Botts; and special friend, Joe McCann.

Carrie is survived by his loving wife, Christy Botts of Helenwood, Tennessee; mother, Alene Goad and husband, Ronnie; father, Gary Botts and Judy Dailey; mother-in-law, Mary Estes; daughters, Allison Botts and Peyton Botts of Dalton, Georgia, Chelsey Newport of Helenwood, Tennessee, Mikayla Sexton and Eric Owens and son, Rowan Owens of Rockwood, Tennessee; son, Byron Sexton and wife, Brittany of Rockwood, Tennessee; grandchildren, Urijah and Brayson Sexton, and Jenson Fry; nieces and nephews, Jaycee, Cheyenne, Praylee, Gabriel, Caleb, Brayden, Austin, Joshua, Dustin and wife, Kayla, Leah, Morgan, Wylloh, Jasmine, Savannah, Jace, Dominique, Daycee, and Dac; brothers, Stephen Botts and wife, Amanda, Eric Botts and wife, Jessica; sister-in-law, Jennifer Calhoun and husband, Brian; brothers-in-law, James Chambers and wife, Jessica, Chad Chambers and wife, Michelle; special uncle, Danny Harness; special friends, Brian Calhoun, Jamie Newport, Maggie and Mike Troxel, Scott Hiter, George Potter; and many other relatives and friends.

Friends may visit with the Botts family on Thursday, November 16, 2017 from 6 p.m. until time of funeral service at 8 p.m. in the chapel of West-Murley Funeral Home with Bro. Dudley Harness, Bro. J.R. Massengale, Bro. Randall Duncan, and Bro. Don Hughett officiating.  Music will be provided by the Chris Neal family.

Following the service, cremation will take place.
