Douglas Bryan Wilson, age 50 of Winfield, Tennessee, passed away on Saturday, September 2, 2017 at the Tennova Physician’s Regional Medical Center.

Doug was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on January 11, 1967 to David and Antha Malone Wilson.  He was of the Baptist Faith.

He was a member of the Winfield Fire Department. 

He was preceded in death by his brother Steve Wilson; mother-in-law Brenda Sue Davis; father-in-law Jackie Edward Davis.

Survived by his wife Alma Wilson; children: Douglas Bryan Wilson, Jr, Nicholas Shane Wilson and spouse Dustin Gibson, and James Tyler Wilson; grandchildren: Elijah Douglas and Callyn Ray Wilson; parents: David and Antha Wilson; brother David Roy Wilson II and wife Gail; sister Deborah Lynn Stephens and husband Joe; sister-in-law Kelsey Davis; brothers-in-law: Josh Davis and Jackie Davis; nieces and nephew: April Fisher, Leslie Perry, Chelsey and Hunter Davis,  David Wilson III and Brittany Worley; step mother-in-law Polly Sue Davis; step father-in-law David Cecil; many other relatives and friends.

Friends may visit with the Wilson family on Thursday, September 7, 2017 from 6 p.m. until time of the funeral service at 8 p.m. in the chapel of West-Murley Funeral Home with Bro. Wayne King officiating.  Music will be provided by the Chitwood Family.

Graveside service will be on Friday, September 8, 2017 at 11 a.m. at the New Light Cemetery in Winfield.  Pallbearers will be family and friends.
