Johnny Lay Obituary

Johnny Lay age 52 of Huntsville, Tennessee, passed away on Sunday, January 21, 2018 at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset, Kentucky. Johnny was born in Indianapolis, Indiana on September 23, 1965. He was of the Baptist Faith.

Preceded in death by his parents Arvil J. and Burnetta Parton Lay.

Survived by his aunt Nettie Lay of Pioneer, Tennessee; numerous cousins and other relatives and friends.

The family’s request was cremation.
