Julia Bernice Bowling Brown

Julia Bernice Bowling Brown, age 84 of Helenwood, TN passed away on Friday, April 6, 2018 at her home.  Born July 27, 1933 in Scott County, TN, she was the daughter of the late Enmon and Artie Willoughby Bowling.  Julia was a member of the Helenwood Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband:  Grover David Brown; her children:  Carol Sexton, Nita Joyce Puckett; grandchildren:  Maggie Watters and Gideon Brown; brothers and sisters:  Fred Bowling, and Barbara Bavender.

Julia is survived by her son:  Randy Brown, Grover Brown and wife Sherry, Gary Brown and wife Patsy, Joey Brown and wife Carletta, and Greta Thompson and husband Brad; brothers and sister:  Mark, John and David Bowling and Genevieve Doss; several grandchildren and great grandchildren, other family member and friends.

Friends may visit with the Brown family on Tuesday, April 10, 2018 from 11:00 a.m. until time of funeral service at 12:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Jones & Son Funeral Home with Bro. Charlie Golden officiating.

Burial will follow in the Brown Cemetery in Helenwood, TN.  Pallbearers will be family members.
