Linda L. Martin, age 69 of Huntsville, TN, passed way on Tuesday, January 16, 2018 in Lindale, GA.  Born in Pine Knot, KY on November 27, 1948, she was the daughter of the late Willis and Nola Bryant Carter.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son:  James Junior Martin; bothers:  Everett Jr., Ray, James B. and Coye Carter; sisters:  Verda Stephens and Bertha Ellis.

Linda is survived by her son:  Jerry Wayne Martin and wife Bonnie; daughters:  Sharon Edwards and husband Tim, Virgie Kaye Sexton and husband Curley, and Denise Upchurch; sister:  Erline Deane Spradlin; as well as other family members and friends.

Friends may visit with the Martin family on Friday, January 19, 2018 from 1:00 p.m. until time of funeral service at 3:00 p.m. in the Chapel of West-Murley Funeral Home.

Burial will follow in the Carson Memorial Park.  Pallbearers will be:  Zackary Martin, Curley Sexton, Chase Slaven, Greg Slaven, Willard Martin and Jacob Phillips.
