Vicky Lynn Lutes Payne, age 57 of Winfield, TN, passed away on Wednesday, December 20, 2017 at her home.  Born December 12, 1960 in Cincinnati, OH, she was the daughter of the late Willie and Irene Neal Lutes.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother: Jerry Lutes; step-daughter, Jami Payne Huling; nephew, Larry Bruce Fox.

Vicky is survived by her daughters:  Danielle Irene Payne and companion Aaron, and Sydney Marie Payne and companion Jeff Aleshire; step-son, David Payne; grandchildren: Carleigh Payne and Samson Ross, who were her special companions, Keira Anderson, Lincoln, Kaylee, Maddy and Logan Ross; sisters:  Kathy Chitwood and husband Victor, Judy Weatherman and companion, Donald Ray Sexton, Donna Daugherty and husband Wayne; brother: Jim Lutes; niece, Brittney Puckett and husband Jason; great-nieces, Deja Puckett, Hannah King and husband Jake and children; great-nephew, Colby Fox and wife Micah and children. She also leaves many other relatives and friends.

Vicky request was to be cremated. A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
