Cecile Ann Koger Lowe, age 82 of Oneida, Tennessee passed away on Friday, February 22, 2019 at her home. She was born on December 16, 1936. She was the daughter of the late Gilbert D. and Mattie E. Foster Koger.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Jacob Lowe, brothers; James, Milford, Clifford, Conley and Clifton Koger and one sister; Irene Hall.

She is survived by her son Jeffery Lowe and wife Cathi of Oregon; three sisters; Cora Wright of Springhill, FL, Joan Baker and husband Don of Cincinnati, OH, Colletta Stanley and husband Bob of Palm Beach Garden, FL, and one brother Charlie Koger and wife Elaine of Winfield, TN; sisters-in-law Geneva Koger of Puryear, TN, Reba Koger of Somerset, KY, Lisa Koger of Clearmont, FL, Judy Koger of Little Rock, AR, and many other relatives and friends.

Her request was cremation.
