Eleanor Douglas Obituary

Eleanor Douglas, age 100 of Oneida, TN departed this life on Tuesday, July 23, 2019 at Huntsville Manor in Huntsville, TN. Born in Patterson, New Jersey on April 7, 1919, she was the daughter of the late William and Sophia Breiding.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Claude H. Douglas and her son, Marine Sgt. William J. Healion.

Eleanor is survived by her sons, Michael J. Healion and Joseph Healion; grandchildren, Joseph and Margaret, Erin Healion of Kansas City, Kelly and Amber Healion of Philadelphia; her brother, William Breiding; great grandkids, Alexander and Maddox Ortiz of Kansas City and Leo Riley of Philadelphia; and many other relatives and friends.

Friends may visit with the Douglas family on Sunday, July 28, 2019 from 2 p.m. until time of the funeral service at 3 p.m. in the chapel of West-Murley Funeral Home with Bro. Chris Sewell officiating.

Burial will follow in the Hazel Valley Cemetery in Oneida.
