Jean Abrams McIntosh

Jean Abrams McIntosh, age 87, passed away at Lady Lake Specialty Care, Lady Lake, FL, on Wednesday, December 5, 2018.  Born in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee, on February 9, 1931, she was the daughter of the late Robert Patterson and Jewel Victoria Allen.  

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, Luttie Burton Abrams and John Cherrington McIntosh.  Jean was a member of First United Methodist Church in Oneida.  Even though she no longer lived in Scott County, she treasured her many years there and sorely missed all her wonderful friends.

Jean is survived by her children; Luttie Burton (Pam) Abrams, Jr., of Whiteland, IN; Rudy Kyle Abrams of Sarasota, FL; Carol (Scott) Davies of The Villages, FL; and stepdaughter Laura (Al) Wright of The Villages, FL, as well as four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren; and other family members and friends.

A memorial service will be held at First United Methodist Church in Oneida, on Friday, January 4, 2019.  Her family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m.  Service will follow at 7 p.m. with former pastor Rev. Doug Wilder officiating.  She will be buried next to her husbands, Luttie Burton Abrams and John Cherrington McIntosh in the Hazel Valley Cemetery.
