Jesse Dean Alcorn

Jesse Dean Alcorn, age 19 of Winfield, Tennessee passed away on Friday, June 14, 2019 at the Big South Fork Medical Center in Oneida. He was born January 26, 2000 in Richmond, KY. He was a 2018 graduate of Scott High School and a member of the First Baptist Church in Oneida. He and his fiancée Macayla Newport enjoyed spending time together swimming, hiking, kayaking, traveling and exploring states.

He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Willis Dean Sexton and Jesse Alcorn; uncle, Daniel Ray Sexton; and aunt, Winnie Alcorn Moberly.

Jesse is survived by his mother, Terri Renea Chambers and husband Jesse of Winfield, TN; father, Robert Kelley Alcorn and fiancée Barbara Orick of Richmond, KY; sister, Kyrahh Renea Cantu and wife Jessica of Canberra, Australia; brother, Jordan Kelley Alcorn; grandmother, Tamara Jean Lloyd Gibson; grandmother, Lula Humphrey; fiancée, Macayla Chase Newport; her sister, Tessa and brother, Tyler Newport who he held close to his heart; a host of special aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends who loved him dearly. His sweet spirit and winning smile will live on in their hearts throughout the years. In keeping with his generous heart, his wishes were his organs be donated. His parents knowing his wishes donated his organs so other lives may benefit from this tragedy.

Friends may visit with the Alcorn family on Friday, June 21, 2019 from 11 a.m. until time of the funeral service at 1 p.m. in the chapel of Jones & Son Funeral Home with Bro. Wayne King officiating. Music will be provided by Zach Reagan.

Burial will follow in the Chitwood Cemetery in Winfield. Pallbearers will be: Jordan Alcorn, Tristin Henry, Zach Reagan, Gage Hord, James Layne and Wayne Pryor. Honorary pallbearers will be: Michael Webber, Dallas Pike and George Chitwood.
