Mary Newport

Mary Newport, age 75 of Oneida, TN passed away on Monday, September 16, 2019 at her home. Born in Scott County, TN on January 29, 1944, she was the daughter of the late Warren Norris and Magalene Smith Boles.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughters, Keisha Briner and Patricia Newport and siblings, Escoe Norris, Stella Foster, Teddy Norris and Boyd Boles.

Mary is survived by her children, Donald Dean and wife Kim Newport, Todd and wife Sarah Pokorny, Ronald and fiancée Lachrisa Stephens, Jason and wife Suzanne Patterson, Nick and wife Tiffany Patterson; special grandkid that was like a son, Jeremiah Stephens and fiancée Sadie Dial; other grandkids, Greta, Gage, Joey, Craig, Trevor and wife Amber, Kylah, Lilly, Willow, Haden, Kanan and Kellie and husband Colton, Cameron and Kylee; great grandkids, Katie, Kylee and Gracie; special friend, Marilyn Phillips; plenty of nieces and nephews that loved her; many other family members and friends.

Friends may visit with the Newport family on Friday, September 20, 2019 from 2 p.m. until 3 p.m. in the chapel of West-Murley Funeral Home.

Graveside service will follow in the Daniel Memorial Cemetery in Helenwood with Bro. David Dial officiating.
