Robert Copeland

Robert A. Copeland, age 46 of the Huntsville community passed away at the Big South Fork Medical Center on Monday, February 4, 2019.

Born on October 30, 1972, he was a deacon at Low Gap Baptist Church and an employee at Aisin Automotive in Clinton.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Lois Copeland and father, Hubert Copeland.

He is survived by his wife of 23 years, Janet Copeland; sons, Jordan and Noah; brother, Anthony Copeland; nephews, Christopher Copeland and James Copeland; niece, Abigail Copeland; along with many other family members, friends, coworkers and loved ones.

Friends may visit with the Copeland family on Wednesday, February 6, 2019 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Low Gap Baptist Church. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 7, 2019 at 2 p.m. at Low Gap Baptist Church with Bro. James Taylor officiating. Music will be provided by the Low Gap Choir.

Burial will follow in the Newport Cemetery. Pallbearers will be: Toney Brawner, Derek Brawner, Sam Hughett, Jesse Brawner, Jeff Smith, Jay Stringer, Chris Wilson and Ronnie Duncan. Honorary pallbearers will be: Stephen West, Joe Butler and Gary Terry.
