Samantha Ruth Norwood, age 35 of Helenwood, Tennessee passed away on Thursday, January 10, 2019 at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center in Cookeville, TN. She was born March 24, 1983 to Walter Norwood III and the late Kathleen Lefrandois Berry.

Samantha is survived by her father: Walter Norwood III; four children: Destiny and Brianna Wall and Maddie and Nate Duncan; brother: Thomas Norwood; sisters: Jami Perry and Jessica Bonds.

Samantha’s family has requested cremation.
