Betty Lloyd Obituary

Betty Mae Lloyd, age 60 of Helenwood, TN, passed away on Thursday, May 28, 2020 at the Big South Fork Medical Center in Oneida, TN. Born in Oneida, TN on January 31, 1960, she was the daughter of the late Johnnie and Elzira Gibson.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn Lloyd; brothers, Verlon Gibson and Clyde Gibson; sister-in-law, Sinda Gibson; special aunt, Flira Byrge; and 2 special pets, Bandit and Max.

Betty is survived by her daughter, Misty Capley of Oneida; granddaughter, Morgan Capley of Oneida; grandsons, Trevor Bowling and wife Deedra of Pioneer and Nicholas Capley of Oneida; brothers, Fred Gibson and wife Dorothy and Harold Gibson and wife Debbie, all of Ohio; great granddaughter, Avery Capley of Oneida; many special nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She also leaves behind a special pet, Ranger. A special thank you to the Smithers family.

Graveside service will be on Tuesday, June 2, 2020 at 11 a.m. in the Daniel Memorial Cemetery in Helenwood with Bro. James Pennington officiating. Pallbearers will be: Trevor Bowling, Nick Capley, Kaleb Gunter, Eric Gibson, Matthew Smithers and Jamie Day.
