Bonnie "Sue" Bertram

Bonnie "Sue" Bertram, age 68 of Oneida, Tennessee passed away on Tuesday, March 24, 2020 at the Oneida Nursing & Rehab Center.

Sue was Born in Scott County, Tennessee on June 15, 1951.

She was preceded in death by her mother and father:  Lawrence and Sadie Ryan; brothers:  David Ryan, Bobby Ross and Johnny Ryan; sisters:  Janice Ross and Evelyn King; brothers-in-law:  Kenny Ross and Thurman Baird; sister-in-law: Janet Ryan; and special friend:  Lora Bradley. 

She is survived by her children:  Vicky Laxton and Mark Terry, Venessa Smith and husband Tim, Kristie Crabtree and husband Russell; grandchildren:  Brandi Laxton and Kenneth Damron, Kaleb Phillips and Rosie Goodman, RaShell Crabtree, Calvin Smith and Daniel Smith; great grandchildren:  Connor Laxton, Karsyn Goodman and Kambryn Phillips; brothers:  Jimmy Ryan, Chris Smith and Richard Robbins; sisters:  Shirley King and husband Alfred, Kathy Baird and Louise Ross; sisters-in-law: Fareina Jo Ryan and Della Ross;  brother-in-law:  Lenville King; several nieces and nephews and many friends that were like family. The family would like to thank the Oneida Nursing Home for helping us take care of our mother in this difficult time. Bonnie was of the Baptist Faith and loved her LORD JESUS CHRIST.

Because of the present public health concerns, visitation and memorial services are postponed to a future date to be announced.

Sue loved her dog Penny and she loved working in her flower gardens.  

In lieu of flowers the family suggests you plant a flower in her honor. 

Bonnie’s wishes were cremation.
