Clois Jean (Griffith) Foster, age 72 of Robbins, Tennessee passed away September 20, 2022, at Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge, TN. She was born on April 28, 1950, to the late Ernest and Glena Griffith of Robbins, Tennessee. She attended Barton Chapel Congregational Church.

She attended Tennessee School of Beauty where she obtained a license in cosmetology. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister. She was well known in the community for her baking talents and sense of humor. Her laughter was contagious. She was also known for her giving and loving heart that never met a stranger.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her Mother in law Bertha Foster, Father in law James Foster, Sisters in law Carrie Byrd, May Welch, Gladys Thomas, Ester Shepard, Shirley Simpson and Anna Dick, Brothers in law: Jay, Carl, Leottis, Lonnie and Ray Foster, Nephew Jason Bowling and Niece Kayla Wilson.

Clois is survived by her loving husband of 51 years Dennis Foster, children Michelle (Dr. Bert Pridgen), Sterling (Karen) and Sherrie, grandchildren Madison, Makenzie, Krista, Brooke, grand dog Knox and Great grandson, Finley. Sisters, Ernestine Bowling, Patricia (Elmer) Hamlin, Barbara (Glenn) Shepard, Betty (George) Walker; Special niece and nephews: Ginger Snell, Derek Shepard, Anthony Bowling, Eric Shepard, Justin Walker and Jordan Walker; Special cousin: Regina Carson; Special Caretakers: Madge Overton and Shirley Duncan; Special friends: Beverly Duncan & Casandra Harris along with several other special relatives and friends.

Friends may visit with the Foster family on Saturday, September 24, 2022, from 11:00 a.m. until time of funeral service at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Jones & Son Funeral Home with Bro. Joey Zachary officiating. Music will be provided by James Heath.

Committal service will follow in the Slick Rock Cemetery. Pallbearers will be: Sterling Foster, Derek Shepard, Anthony Bowling, Eric Shepard, Justin Walker, Jordan Walker, and Chris Overton.
