Debra Honeycutt Obituary

Debra Ann Honeycutt, age 67 of Oneida, TN passed away on Saturday, July 30, 2022, at Beachtree Manor in Jellico, TN. Born in Oneida, TN on January 17, 1955, she was the daughter of the late Rev. Earl and Elsie Marcum Bridges.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by grandparents, Carl and Ethel Laxton Bridges and Fred and Rosa King Marcum; husbands, Onvie Honeycutt and Ernest Honeycutt.

Debra is survived by her brother, James Earl Bridges; sister, Brenda Beets and husband Charles; three nephews, Charles Kenyon, Matthew James and Jonathan Delmas Beets; aunt, Jean Marcum; and sister-in-law, Vergie Honeycutt, all of Oneida, TN. Also, sisters-in-law, Joyce Mueller and Connie Lawson and husband Kenny; nieces, Jessica Lay, Janet Baxter, Angela Delusou, Stephanie and husband Kenny; nephews, Frank Uchan and CJ Baxter; great nephews, Benjamin Christopher Baxter, Justice Lay, Joe Lay, Zoey Jo Lay, and Sophia Isabella Lay, all of Kentucky; and many other relatives and friends.

Friends may visit with the Honeycutt family on Thursday, August 4, 2022 from 2 p.m. until time of the funeral service at 3 p.m. in the chapel of West-Murley Funeral Home with Bro. Keith Marcum officiating. Music will be provided by the Pine Creek United Baptist Church choir.

Committal service will follow in the Morris Goodman Cemetery in Oneida. Pallbearers will be: Charles K. Beets, Matthew Beets, Jonathan Beets, Stephen Marcum, Mike Marcum, and Jim Marcum. Honorary pallbearer will be: Bobby Gene Bridges.
