Dwight Eugene Kidd

Dwight Eugene Kidd, age 74 of the Coopertown Community in Oneida, TN, passed away on Monday, February 15, 2021 at his home.  Born December 18, 1946, he was the son of the late Will S. and Maudie Thomas Kidd.  Dwight was a member of the Black Oak Baptist Church.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters:  Shelby Kidd Terry and Carolyn Kidd Harris; and brothers:  Bobby Dorcie Kidd and James Odis Kidd.

Dwight is survived by his brothers:  Donny Ray Kidd and wife, Melissa, Gary Allen Kidd, and Charles Kidd and wife Wanda; several nieces, nephews, other family members, and a host of friends.

Friends may visit with the Kidd family on Saturday, February 20, 2021 at the Black Oak Baptist Church from 1:00 p.m. until time of funeral service at 2:00 p.m. with Bro. Kyle Keeton and Bro. Crestin Burke officiating.  

Committal Service will follow in the Leatherwood Cemetery.

With the Health Guidelines in place at this time, we ask that you be mindful of the social distancing measures recommended by the Centers for Disease Control.  Masks are required.
