Elsa Joyce West Sweeney, age 95, of Knoxville, passed peacefully from her earthly body to be with her heavenly Father on Friday, January 15, 2021. She has been reunited with the love of her life, Roy L. Sweeney who predeceased her in 2008. Joyce was a very loving and kind Christian lady who was loved by everyone who knew her.
