Jackie Phillips

Jackie Phillips, age 58 of Helenwood, TN passed away on Monday, November 15, 2021, at the Big South Fork Medical Center in Oneida, TN. Born in Cincinnati, OH on September 30, 1963, she was the daughter of the late Ronald Sylvester Herrmann and Ella Sexton.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandparents, George Sylvester Herrmann and Edith Herrmann, Claude Holt and Anna Holt, and Andy Massengale; grandparents-in-law, Lawrence M. Blevins and Pearl M. Blevins; parents-in-law, Flonnie F. Phillips and Hubert D. Phillips; special friends, Joe Blevins and J.D. Blevins.

Jackie is survived by her husband, James Hubert (Jim) Phillips; son, Dustin Phillips and wife Tiffany Phillips; grandchildren, Elijah Phillips, Presley Phillips, Bo Kaden Phillips, and Houston West; brothers, Gregory Denton Herrmann, William Ronald Herrmann, Matthew Christopher Herrmann; nephews, Ronnie Herrmann and Scott Alexander Herrmann; nieces, Christy Lynn Herrmann and Bethany Hope Herrmann; uncles and aunts, Bill and Laurie Holt, Harold and Betty Brooks, Dorma Hammock, and Barbera Hammock; special friends, Devonda Bradshaw, Sherry Ellis, Debbie Jeffers Terry, Jared Terry, Roscoe Blevins, and Jimmy Jeffers; many other relatives and friends.

Her request was cremation.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 20, 2021, at 6 p.m. at the Faith Memorial Non-Denominational Church at Tunnel Hill.
