Josie H. Honeycutt

Josie H. Honeycutt, age 87 of Oneida, TN passed away on Friday, October 29, 2021 at home with family by her side. Born on August 3, 1934, in Lancing, TN, she was the daughter of the late Fred and Mandy Hall.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Carol Ann Foster; son, Brian Honeycutt; sisters, Nora Beeler, Ollie Bowman, Myrtle Hall, Hallie Hall, Lela House; brothers, Marshall Hall, Odis Hall, Jessie Hall, Donald Hall, and Boyd Hall.

Josie is survived by daughters, Sheila Foster of Oneida, Carolyn Sue and husband Harold Chambers of Winfield; son, Fred Foster of Oneida; her precious grandchildren, Tammie Lawson of Lake City, Wesley Chambers and wife Belinda of Helenwood, Matthew Foster and wife Erin of Lawrenceville, GA and Rick Chambers of Atlanta, GA; great grandchildren, Kaylah Chambers, Ella Lawson, Mitchell and Sara Foster; one brother, Randall Hall; daughter-in-law, Vanessa Honeycutt; special caregivers, Tabi Smith, Geneva Duncan, and Lisa Lloyd. A special thank you to Quality Hospice nurses, Brenda Smith, Amanda Earhart Johnston, aide Kendra Brown, and Dr. Timothy Smith; many other relatives and friends.

Friends may visit with the Honeycutt family on Tuesday, November 2, 2021 from 12 p.m. until 1 p.m. in the chapel of West-Murley Funeral Home.

Graveside service will follow in the Marcum Cemetery on Helenwood Detour Road with Bro. Jack Fletcher and Bro. James Taylor officiating. Music will be provided by Kaylah Chambers. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
