Juanita Smith

Juanita Smith, age 81 of Helenwood, TN passed away on Friday, January 29, 2021 at her home. She was born on May 1, 1939.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Clifford Smith; father and mother, Fred and Mae Stephens; infant sister, Wilma Sue Stephens; and in-laws, Isaac and Della Smith.

Juanita is survived by her children, Carol Sue Smith and Clifford Randall Smith; sisters, Cleda Jeffers, Shirley Faye (Mathis) Patterson; in-laws, Phyllis (Willie) Noble, Herbert (Lucille) Smith; a very dear friend who she thought of as a sister, Judy Sexton; two special cousins, Arnold and Lloyd Stephens and their families; many other relatives and friends.

Friends may visit with the Smith family on Tuesday, February 2, 2021 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. in the chapel of West-Murley Funeral Home. 

Funeral service will be on Wednesday, February 3, 2021 at 12 noon in the chapel of West-Murley Funeral Home with Bro. Dudley Harness officiating. Music will be provided by friends of the family.

Committal service will follow in the Hazel Valley Cemetery in Oneida. Pallbearers will be: Dr. Tim Smith, Arnold Stephens, Lloyd Stephens, Zack Brown, Willie Noble, and Tim Phillips.

With the Health Guidelines in place at this time, we ask that you be mindful of the social distancing measures recommended by the Centers for Disease Control. Masks are required.
