Vivian Eileen Ellis

Vivian Eileen Ellis, age 90 of Oneida, TN, passed away on Wednesday, May 6, 2020 at the Oneida Nursing and Rehab Center.  Born July 11, 1929 in Cincinnati, OH, she was the daughter of the late Gladys Spencer.  Vivian was a longtime member of the Bethlehem Baptist Church in Oneida.

In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her husband:  Chad Ellis; sons: Archie Ellis and Larry Ellis; son-in-law:  Johnny Hall Terry.

Vivian is survived by her children:  Linda Terry, Clifford Ellis (Amy), Rebecca Tipton (Mike), Howard Ellis (Lori), Spencer Ellis (Leesa), Veronica Stephens (Terry), and Michael Ellis (Theresa); grandchildren; Eddie Dishman, Abby Macintire, Martha Ellis, Jade Ellis, Luke Ellis, Erica Cooper, Amber Ellis, Jennifer Canter, Paige Ellis, Chad Ellis, Frankie Ellis, Spence Ellis, Cody Stephens, Tyler Stephens and Dalton Ellis; 20 great grandchildren; daughters-in-law:  Edith Ellis and Sandy Ellis; as well as many other family members and friends.  The family would like to extend a special thank you to the Oneida Nursing and Rehab Center for their excellent care during their mom’s stay.

A private graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 9, 2020 in the Black Creek Cross Roads Cemetery in Robbins, TN with Bro. Philip Kazee officiating.  Music will be provided by John Vernon Thompson, Jr.  Pallbearers are:  Eddie Dishman, Cody Stephens, Tyler Stephens, Chad Ellis, Luke Ellis, Dalton Ellis and Spence Ellis.
