Ilene Lloyd

Ilene Lawson Lloyd, age 70 of Huntsville, TN, passed away on Thursday, June 11, 2020 at her home. Born in Scott County, TN on November 24, 1949, she was the daughter of the late Everett and Illa Lloyd Lawson. She was a member of the Norma Missionary Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Shirley Lawson and sisters, Betty Lou Lowe and Billie Jean Lloyd.

Ilene is survived by her daughters, Lisa Lloyd and Angela Lloyd, both of Huntsville, TN; son, Jeff Lloyd (Marilyn) of Huntsville, TN; brothers, Roger Lawson, Ricky Lawson (Leatha) and Lester Lawson (Shenia); sister, Donna Lowe; grandchildren, Jessie Lloyd, Jeff Lloyd, Caleb Carroll, Bella Smithers, Hannah Summers and Elisabeth Yarnell; great grandchildren, Brynlee, Ashley, Lucas, Jayden, Emily and Tyson; and many other relatives and friends. Our family would like to thank our nurses that took care of our mom, Melissa Blakeney, RN and Rebecca Fields, CNA.

Friends may visit with the Lloyd family on Saturday, June 13, 2020 from 12 p.m. until time of the funeral service at 2 p.m. at the Norma Missionary Baptist Church with Bro. Dwayne Lawson officiating.

Committal service will follow in the Norma Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers will be: Jeff Lloyd, Edmond Lawson, Ronnie Lowe, Randy Lawson, Cody Laxton and Dean Byrd.

In accordance with the Governor's Executive Order #30 concerning COVID-19, we ask that you be mindful of the social distancing measures to be taken according to the CDC Health Guidelines in place at this time.
