Teresa Lynn Smith Obituary

Teresa Lynn Fitzgerald Smith, age 54 of Oneida, TN, passed away on Saturday, December 31, 2022, at the Big South Fork Medical Center in Oneida. Born January 18, 1968, she was the daughter of the late John and Elsie Jeffers Fitzgerald. She was a member of the Buffalo Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers: Larry Fitzgerald, and Oris Gene Fitzgerald.

She is survived by her husband: Johnny Smith; son: MacGyver Smith; siblings: James Fitzgerald, Bill Fitzgerald (Carol), Estel Jeffers (Linda), Lefa Janie Bowling and Ella Black (Carl); as well as many other family members and friends.

Friends may visit with the Smith family on Wednesday, January 4, 2023, from 12:00 p.m. until time of funeral service at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Jones & Son Funeral Home with Bro. Ashley Cooper and Bro. Tony Lowe officiating. Music will be provided by the Buffalo Church Choir, and Jim and Vicky Smith.

Committal Service will follow in the Walter Smith Cemetery in Oneida, TN. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
